Eva Mae Robinson Rutherford POMARIA – Mrs. Eva Mae Robinson Rutherford, of 12068 US Highway 176, Pomaria, SC entered into Eternal Rest at Newberry Memorial Hospital, on Friday, January 30, 2015. Mrs. Eva Mae Robinson Rutherford was born September 29, 1938, in Newberry County to the late Mr. Arthur James Robinson and the late Mrs. Verniea Boyd Robinson. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Copeland Rutherford. She was a member of Saint Mark AME Church in Pomaria, SC Those who celebrate her life and cherish precious and loving memories include her son, Mr. Johnnie Calvin Rutherford (Carolyn) of Newberry, SC; grandsons, Mr. Kalvin Mandrell Sims reared in the home, Mr. Matrice Sims, Mr. Javonta La John Rutherford and Mr. Obadiah Theodore Rutherford, all of Newberry, SC; 3 great-grandchildren; a sister, Miss. Brenda Jean Robinson of Pomaria, SC; 4 sisters-in-law; 9 brothers-in-law a host of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of cousins and friends. Funeral services, and burial will be conducted, 2:00PM Wednesday at Saint Mark AME Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home of Newberry.
